cheryl will be happy to hear me say this:
I'VE THE URGE TO BLOG!
i went to SAJC with nah yesterday to submit our dsa forms.
shoot me for not going along with daniel tan's instructions!
he said "FOLLOW THE MAIN PATH!"
but me and nah were too adventurous and decided to go wherever we wanted to.
and of cos, WE GOT LOST, in the huge sa compound.
but getting lost was a good excuse to go exploring (:
we entered into the junior school first, or was it a kindergarden?
oh whatever...
anyway, it was a lovely orangy-pinkish resort- looking like place.
me and nah started comparing this magnificent school with our lowly school
depressing stuff i tell you.
we visited the toilet also (not on purpose of course!)
and it had nice flushing systems and most importantly...
NON-SISSY TAPS, with a good rush of water!
how can TK be compared to all these?
and it's just some kindergarden or junior school
goodness.
so both of us continued walking.
everywhere was locked!
come to think of it, we wouldn't have gotten lost if all the gates were just open.
we always found ourselves at a dead end and we had to turn back and stuff.
then we ended up at the classroom block.
and the boys probably came back from pe or sth
cos their shoes were BLACK (literally!) and muddy.
and they were black too! all covered in mud and stuff.
and a whole load of them were changing in their classrooms.
at least they're only guys.
anyway, they were playing one way in the classroom which totally impressed me!
i realised that going to a christian school totally rocks.
instead of listening to pop music on the corridors
you get to hear christian songs!
way cool!
and there are bible verses everywhere around too.
anyway, me and nah were walking pass the classrooms.
then suddenly this boy came around the corner and stared at us with great amazement.
and i really mean GREAT, with huge eyes and stuff!
he gasped and ran into his classroom slamming the door behind him
"GIRLS! THERE ARE GIRLS OUTSIDE! STOP CHANGING!"
ahhhh!- screams from all the boys inside.
high pitched ones, haha, it left me and nah bewildered
and we hurried along out of the place that we were so not welcomed.
then after much walking, about 45minutes i guess
we finally saw the bridge leading to SAJC!
hooray to God! and nah was so happy i tell you.
OPENING HOURS FOR THE GATE FROM MON-FRI:
6.30AM- 8PM!
just some random stuff.
anyway, we finally entered into the compound
sadly it wasn't as impressive as the junior school.
oh! we passed by the secondary school before this also
but not much happenings.
anyhow, we found our way to the lovely general office
(with me comparing madly once again)
gave our forms and left.
then me and nah realised,
OOPS? HOW TO GET BACK HOME?
we walked along and found ourselves at the netball court.
our future place for trainings? oh well..
the rugby team was training and they were all soaked with mud i tell you
all thanks to the rain in the morning
me and nah tried walking a different way to get out
but it turned out that we walked a big round
oh well, we got back at last.
it took us only 15 minutes to get back to where we came from.
compared to 45minutes.
on the bus ride home, me and nah planned our routes to get to SA.
that is if we really got in and stuff.
and i went home screaming to my mum that SA totally rocks
and that it'll be like my first option or something
with a beautiful campus and of course,
the uniform which you just must get hold of
if it isn't the coach
it'll have been my first choice long ago
oh well, i realised that i shouldn't have such high hopes on dsa
cos i've a strong feeling that i won't get in to any three
i'm not that good anyway
just trying cos the school recommended me
i won't die if i don't get in also
it just leaves me with more choices.
like MJ or something.
and volleyball or something.
anyhow, i simply love SA (:
