i HAVE to blog about watching poseidon with min and xian yesterday! firstly, xian had some dumb chemistry remedial so she could only join us after three after her lesson ends and me and min had to get the 3.15pm movie timeslot! so obviously all of us were late for the show. anyway, me and min left school first for shaw prince and cos i haven't been there in my entrie life before and min has only been there once but with jolene leading the way, both of us kinda got lost on bus 10 which was quite a loser thing. we didn't really know which stop to stop at cos we reached this suntec stop and min was certain we were supposed to stop there cos she knew shaw prince was just nearby but she just couldn't find where and i just wanted to stop at the next stop. so the bus stop at the stopped and everyone alighted except us cos min was still looking around for shaw prince. then a few others boarded the bus and the door shut! so min was still searching frantically screaming " i thought it's here but i can't find it". i kinda gave up and so was looking in front when suddenly this guy who just boarded the bus came walking towards me and sat there a few seats in front of me keeping his eyes on me. i was really scared cos i thought he was some pervertic guy so i hurriedly called for min's help. then he smiled this pervertic smile and asked "are you guys lost?" i was too freaked out and turned to min for help. then she told him we were looking for shaw prince. "it's here! right here! you're supposed to get down here!" he answered so we hurriedly rang the bell and got down. God was seriously on our side cos for some weird reason, after all the passengers had alighted, the door shut but it didn't move for 30 seconds, during which me and min were still searching for shaw prince. anywya, we got down and were really relieved. and the bus went on and the guy turned back and waved to us. eww! after entering the building me and min totally got lost cos everywhere was so confusing. we managed to find prince and get our tickets. we went to eat and then bought subway for xian. we were like total fools just ordering the burger cos we never ate from subway before and we didn't know what to expect in the process of ordering. then xian finally came and we rushed like me into the movie theatre.
here comes the exciting portion: watching poseidon!
we were very late for the movie so the lights were all off by the time we entered the theatre so it was pitched dark. we couldn't find our seats so we just settled for any vacant seats since the theatre was ENORMOUS with many many many free seats. finding vacant seats was easy but going to the seats was tough. xian having stairs phobia was screaming away cos she couldn't see where she was going and there were a few steps in our way. the three of us made so much noise i bet the other people hated us so much. all thanks to God that it was pitched dark. smart min found seats so she told me to go to her. i couldn't see her so i had to follow her voice. when i finally saw her outline in the dark, i started walking to her excitedly but i realised i wasn't progressing! i realised i was walking on the spot cos there was this barrier thing right in front of me! okay, just call me a big loser. min started laughing so loudly and i couldn't stop laughing too. then i felt my way out of the barrier and finally sat in my seat. we quickly settled and started watching the ever so interesting poseidon. then during a time where it was this scary part, i suddenly saw something at the side of my eye and i turned and to my horror i saw this old man whose face was lighted up by a white light and he was dressed in white! he looked like a ghost! i was so shocked that i turned to min for help (yes, once again to my saviour) then he started walking past me towards the toilet. gosh!
