i just made an amazing discovery about myself: whenever i don't feel like blogging, or don't feel motivated to do so, it means that i need a new change in my layout! thanks to cheryl for this layout. it's nice enough for me to feel motivated to blog (: and i really like this picture that cheryl edited alot. to me, i feel that it's a really inspiring picture in some way. it's just beyond description.
anyhow, today was the first day of school. the whole day was basically full of talks about the changes in the school and stuff. i think tkgians who're in megalife totally rock cos all of us are facing major changes in church and in school now. so here's a salute to all of us who're just enjoying the process of change now (:
mrs lim gave the whole cohort a really inspirational talk today which almost made me and ame bang our heads against the wall for being so sinful last year by not doing well in our studies. we were so determined by the end of the talk to do SO VERY WELL in Os this year and we wrote our goals and resolutions for this year with such motivation and conviction. i'm sure that mrs lim's going to make our school top again cos she's really one cool and hip principal. look at the way she sits! she totally rocks i tell you. haha. and for once such long talks didn't get me bored and stuff, maybe it was cos i listened to her speak with an open heart so the words just came deep into my heart. anyhow, i'm still going to do well for Os at all costs.
i saw a glimpse of my dearies alyssa and evening bra in tk uniform today and i'm so very proud of them! the both of them just look so adorable! haven't seen hannah though. i really hope that the three of them are adapting well in the new tk environment. i bet those poor girls must be missing their friends back in their old schools. i salute them even more now just thinking about all these.
i think i've a really cartoon school. i thought the school or at least the sec4s would start studying tmr already since it's like our o level year and the teachers have been constantly reminding us that THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO TIME TO PLAY AROUND! but for some weird reason the sec4 cohort would be going to east coast park tmr to have some cartoon day out at the beach playing games and stuff. and i heard from mrsL that it was suppose to be a form of celebration and stuff. like celebrate what? the coming of a new principal? haha.
